My name is Jeff, and I've just returned from TC and Vickie Bradley's Fast Track Workshop to get 2008 started off on the right foot and I have to say, I haven't just started off on the right foot. I have been launched!

Dear Friend,

I had a clear vision of a workshop I wanted to do.

First off, I did not want to do a "seminar"

The last thing people want to do is sit in an air conditioned room and get hyped up about something their "going to do" someday.

No, we live in an age where people want results.

They have read every book or course, listened to all of the tapes and it still is not working.

I know that in real estate investing, results are the most important thing.

I felt that I could take a small group of people who for whatever reason had not done a deal and work with them for 1 day in a small group setting and inspire and empower them so much that the very next day they could actually get on the phones and start putting real deals together.

Now understand I am talking about putting real deals together where owners are contacted on the phone and after a brief few minute conversation, they agree to our terms (no credit check and no money down) and we fax or email them the agreements.

Because our agreements can be cancelled for any reason within the next 30 days, there is no risk and it gives our students the proper time to research the deal properly and then they can decide if they wish to proceed.

We have a small window of opportunity on that day to contact owners and we spend it putting real deals together, the research can happen afterwards.

So these are not what some would consider "closed deals" because our entire emphasis is putting as many deals together in that small window of time as possible. 

I know how powerful our information is and  I felt that my "cut to the chase style" would be a lethal combination and lead to incredible results.

I was right.

The first time we did a workshop, maybe the results were a fluke...But when you can exceed the results with an entirely different group of people...well it is not a "fluke" or "luck" but without question something very powerful and profitable!

*How many people will be at the workshop?

Answer: We like to keep it between 5 and 7 people Maximum.

This allows us to connect better with our students and gives our students unheard of access to us during this event.

If we did a Seminar where all you did was come in and watch us do deals, we could put 200-300 butts in the seats because you do not have to get out of your comfort zone.

It takes a lot of courage to come to our Workshop because you know that the pressure will be on YOU because you will be expected to do deals...the majority of people would rather watch someone else do deals.

The dynamics of working "hands on" with a small group simply work better and  work very effectively.

  *How is your "Workshop" different from a Boot Camp?

Answer: Most "Boot Camps" as I know them are terrible.

Terrible in that they are usually "pitch fests" where Guest speakers are brought in to teach what ends up being a "glorified infomercial" and people leave with big credit card debts because they sign up for them and they leave even more confused then when they came.

Our workshop is just that...it's a workshop where you will learn by doing...not just seating in a classroom and getting motivated to do deals when you get home...Not at our workshop. 

At our Workshop where you leave with deals that you have done. (whether you like it or not)

Nuff said.

 

*My credit is terrible and I do not have money to invest..how will I do deals?

Answer: The Real Estate deals you will do will be without credit checks and have very little risk.

We get in, we get out and we get to the bank and then get busy doing another deal!

This is perfect for the new investor and perfect for this economy that we are in.

 

*I hear people talking about TC's Ninja's in the videos...what is that all about? 

Answer:  "TC's Ninja" is someone who has been personally trained by me who I could drop under the cover of darkness into any city in America and they could start putting deals together within 24 hours.

That is why we give everyone sunglasses at the end of the "Fast Track" workshop because they have joined an exclusive fraternity of DOERS and have earned the right to be called a "New Breed" Investor  now the world is their oyster.

Every graduate of this event is one of my "Ninjas" and you better believe that they are breathing "rarified" air they really can take down a deal anywhere in the country in their under ware or swim trunks and they will not hesitate to do so if it is a good deal.

 

 *I notice that this is an "All Sales Final" event...why do you not have a "guarantee" like the others?

Answer: I have seen the "Guarantees" that other people offer for their boot camps...usually it goes something like this..

"If your not happy with the content by Noon of the first day, you can get a refund"

Then nothing of value is given by Noon and hardly anyone takes them up because they have to wait for the good stuff.

It's all a big game and I am too old for games.

Personally, I am not trying to lull the "unsuspecting" person to this event or talk them into coming here.

I do not have the time or the patience to deal with that type of person.

I have 2 days to work with you and I only want people in the Workshop that are supposed to be there and share the same commitment that I do.

I want people that are decisive and as committed to this process as I am...otherwise they can stay home.

 

*I see you in shorts in some of these pictures teaching...that does not look very professional?

Answer: This probably is not the event for you then.

I do not dress to impress as I want my content and the results that I am able to help you achieve impress you NOT the suit that I am wearing.

I do deals in my shorts and a pair of flip flops and that is what I am most comfortable with wearing and since that is what we will be doing in the event that is what I usually wear.

I will say that I usually always start the event in one of my suits and end up only making it till the first break when I end up changing into what I am most comfortable with.

Also, please remember on Day one, I teach the entire day so I want to be comfortable.

 

*To do these deals on Saturday am I going to have to "Cold Call" these homeowners?  

Answer: No. We have a system where Motivated Sellers will be contacting you...It's like shooting fish in a barrel.

 

*Will this event be recorded and put on DVD's and sold.

Answer: No. That is NOT what this event is designed for.

This is a personal and intimate experience where we empower our students to go where they have never been before.

People come to us not to get what they already have but to get what they do not have.

We know what works best and the results that this Workshop has had support that. 

We have had plenty of events before and not one time have I offered DVD's.

This is about YOU doing deals and someone holding you accountable for your results and not accepting your excuses...not us selling DVD's

 

* I cannot make this event...when will you have the next one?

Answer: I honestly do not know when the next one will be.

We actually scheduled this one at the last moment because we felt impressed to do so.

This current real estate market and credit meltdown has created unprecedented opportunities and people know it!
