I’ve been following TC and Vickie for over 5 years and always enjoyed TC’s enthusiasm and positive, no excuses, go get it done attitude. I also appreciated the fact that he stayed on message for all those years and did not continuously change his approach and focus like so many other so called gurus do.

For 5 years, I saw countless opportunities to attend their Fast Start Workshop come and go. And everytime, when I didn’t attend, I had had regrets that I knew I should have been there.

New Years Eve was kind of a wake up call for me. As I watched the celebrations and thought how happy I was to see 2008 end, I came to the realization that for my success in 2009 to change, I had to change. So I wondered and prayed about what I should do and I kept hearing a voice telling me to go to TC’s workshop. So it was with nervous anticipation I made the commitment to go to the January 2009 Fast Track Workshop.

It was intense and packed with with Specialized Knowledge on how to make money in today’s Real Estate Market regardless of financial or credit status. TC was direct, to the point, and made sure we kept on track to accomplish our mission – to write deals while we were at the workshop!

After a sleepless night, Saturday was the day of reckoning.

TC told us that our phones would be ringing with prospects and I must admit that I was very skeptical.

Well, not only did they ring… they rung off the hook faster than we could answer them.

I had 3 deals in less than 2 hours with many more messages to follow up on.

Its now 4 days later and I’m still getting calls!

Talk about exciting!

You can’t argue with the results.

Don’t procrastinate any longer!

I was at the Divine Appointed December 2008 "FastTrack" Workshop hosted by TC and Vickie Bradley.

I will tell you right off the bat that they preach only what they practice and its all good!

At first I was a nervous wreck, than it hit me! I was making deals whether I thought I was ready or not!

TC and Vickie were not about letting anybody sit on a fence and watch money pass them up.

I am Teresa DeVisser and I finally signed up for TCs workshop after having his course for 5 or 6 years.

The problem I had wasn't lack of knowledge or not understanding the program, but it was fear.

TC is always talking about fear and it made sense but I seemed to be paralyzed.

Finally after much prayer I let God take the reigns and as usual he makes things work out in a way that I would have never thought of.

I didn't have the money to go to Florida but God made a way and before I knew it I was in sunny Florida.

I've read a lot of books about making money in real estate, but I was not able to start my real estate business on my own. There were always a few steps missing.

"I have been launched!"

My name is Jeff, and I've just returned from TC and Vickie Bradley's Fast Track Workshop to get 2008 started off on the right foot and I have to say, I haven't just started off on the right foot. I have been launched!

I've been home for three days now and I still have calls coming in from people interested in getting their homes sold with the specialized knowledge you learn with the No Money Down program.

Going to the Fast Track Workshop reminds of what George Burns said to John Denver in the movie Oh God, where George Burns was God and he picked John Denver to spread the word and John Denver was the only one who could see him. (For those of you who never saw the movie. It is kind of old.) Anyway George Burns (AKA God) Told John Denver not expect him to perform any miracles. That he had given the people of earth everything that they needed to live good and happy lives.

What the people do with their gift was entirely up to them.

That's exactly what you get at the Fast Track Workshop.

I'm not saying TC and Vickie are Gods. (TC might want to debate with me on that one.) But when you leave the workshop you will have all the knowledge you need to make money in Real Estate.

How you use the knowledge will be up to you.

A few warnings: First. Don't go if your just thinking about trying this method of making money in Real Estate. When you walk out the door, you will be in business! That's why I say I was launched.
